For relief of muscle aches and pain. The massage therapist applies deeper pressure strokes that will specifically address individual muscles. Used to relax and stretch the muscles, fascia (connective tissue), and related structures. Relieves deep muscle aches and pains. NOTE: - Good bodywork is not about mashing - a good massage therapist will ask you to provide feedback on your tolerance for the amount of pressure used. The proper amount of pressure will prove to be effective. (A good bodywork session should not be a painful experience)

The overall effect is a dramatic increase in circulation, and produces a deep and penetrating state of relaxation and well-being.

Hot Stone Therapy/Chakra Massage
